Reflections of a Generation

A Citywide Anthology by Austin Bat Cave

Austin Bat Cave is partnering with the Michener Center for Writers at the University of Texas to create a

citywide anthology of student creative writing that explores themes of love, war, music and the American

dream. The final selection of poems and short stories will be edited by professional writers Roger Reeves and Nick Flynn. The anthologies will be published and celebrated in May as a way to promote literacy throughout Austin.

Attention High-Schoolers: Submit your short stories and poems by Feb. 28 for a chance to be published in the citywide anthology. Email your work to citywide@austinbatcave.org
